Speeding things up
The Telegraph’s CMS was not designed for fast paced modern digital journalism, forcing editors through an arduous 70+ step process to publish even simple stories.
Partnering with an agile product team we redesigned the experience with an intuitive stand alone user interface which reduced publishing to just 12 steps.


Adding features
As new article types and features (such as image galleries) were validated, we integrated them into the release product.




Recognition challenge
We also developed a complementary child brand that aligned with the Telegraph's primary identity. The UI elements were refined and restyled to ensure a consistent and cohesive visual experience.
