Background
The Telegraph news app had been rapidly migrated from legacy technology however the transition had impacted review scores. The business was looking at avenues to make feature improvements and raise the quality of the product to meet brand and reader expectations.

Approach
Partnering with the Telegraph's user experience team, feature and design refinement discovery sessions were conducted, concluding in a new business validated model and more refined experience. This was subsequently fast tracked into a high fidelity prototype for reader testing cycles then iteratively deployed.
