The vision
Result
The lab was regarded as a success, the work on internet banking was praised for its design clarity, ease of use and modernity.
Importantly it laid the foundation for continued investment in user centric design which has helped push the brand’s products ahead of its competitors.
Internet banking
We were heavily involved in the exploratory and validation phase of Lloyds’ consumer facing rebrand and internet banking refresh. We explored numerous experience models and user interface themes. The successful design was handed over to production teams for implementation.

Outreach, Lloyds abroad
We created concept visuals for a travel focused product which could generate insurance, transaction fee and exchange rate revenue, reduce account security team’s burden and help Lloyds Bank customers better understand and manage travel expenditure and budgets in foreign currencies.

Outreach, Shared spaces
We created concept visuals for a shared account and bill splitting product which could serve as a feature and capabilities endorsement for non-customers and generate revenue from account holders float.
