The challenge
With our partnership history we understood key business performance metics and how the SEO optimised content structure is critical to organic Google traffic. We also had a clear understanding of the sites data model.
We identified a range of user centric product concerns stemming from: content hierarchy, mechanical SEO focused descriptions, confusing product labelling and pricing, plus negative feedback from Trustpilot reviewers.
We explored ways to upgrade the customer perception and journey, focusing on three key areas for improvement, each poised to potentially boost conversion rate and actual sales:

The combined approach was packaged and delivered in the form of a minor rebrand, achievable data cleanse, reskin and modernisation of key performing mechanisms and areas of the product.
