We redefined Zero Deposit’s brand around young professionals, emphasising affordability and upfront savings. The refreshed identity replaced its original monotone B2B positioning into clear, relatable messaging paired with bright, engaging photography.



B2B Agent platform
We refined the user experience and delivered the visual design for the introduction platform, which enabled letting agents to introduce walk-in tenants to Zero Deposit in an FCA complaint manner.

B2C quotation funnel
We produced the core user experience and provided the visual designs for the insurance quote purchasing funnel. We worked with Zero’s exec and products teams to optimise and streamline attributes which resulted in a extremely high completion and conversion rate.
